We all know that keeping active while pregnant is important [2], but Ashley Graham's mid-week dance moves [3] during her third trimester have me truly impressed. In an Instagram video posted to her page on Wednesday, the almost first-time mom [4] shared a clip of herself twerking (well, while sitting in a chair) at seven and a half months pregnant, and, uh, where does she get all this energy from?!

"Wrapped a new project and I can't wait to tell you!!" the model and Pretty Big Deal podcast [5] host captioned the post, and her secret project gives us twice the reason to get up and dance.
