Exactly a year to the day after getting married, Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell had even more to celebrate — the birth of their first child! The couple first announced Bindi's pregnancy in August 2020 and shared baby updates often. She and Chandler also re-created a maternity photo of the late Steve Irwin kissing wife Terri's belly while she was pregnant with Bindi's younger brother, Robert.

Grace Warrior Irwin Powell
Bindi and Chandler welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Grace, on March 25 — which was also their first wedding anniversary! Both new parents shared the happy news on Instagram, posting matching photos of themselves with their newborn.
"March 25, 2021. Celebrating the two loves of my life," Bindi wrote in her caption. "Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter. ❤️ Grace Warrior Irwin Powell. Our graceful warrior is the most beautiful light. . . . There are no words to describe the infinite amount of love in our hearts for our sweet baby girl. She chose the perfect day to be born and we feel tremendously blessed."
Bindi also shared that Grace's full four-name moniker holds so much special meaning. Most touching, perhaps, is the significance behind her two middle names, Warrior and Irwin, which pay homage to the late Steve Irwin. "[They] are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior."
Chandler also shared sweet words for his daughter on the day of her birth, and reflected on his first week of being a dad with another family photo, captioned: "One week as a family of 3❤️ My two beautiful girls make every day perfect."
