Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank Revealed Their Son's Name and It's Full of Family Meaning

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank are introducing their little boy to the world! On Feb. 20, the royal couple shared their first family photos with the newborn on Instagram and revealed his unique, meaningful name. "We wanted to introduce you to August Philip Hawke Brooksbank," Eugenie captioned the photo series. "Thank you for so many wonderful messages. Our hearts are full of love for this little human, words can't express. We are excited to be able to share these photos with you.⁣"

Eugenie explained in her Instagram Stories that August "is named after his great grandfather and both of his great x5 grandfathers." How fitting then, that the name reveal came on Prince Philip's birthday. The family also used the revelation to express gratitude towards Eugenie's caretakers who helped to deliver the baby.
