Why we love them: It was only a matter of time before Fall's print invasion spread to the shoe domain. Erdem, Rag & Bone, Rachel Zoe, Preen, and more sent out printed pieces of perfection in darker color combos, vivid digital iterations, and modernist takes on the animal print. It's a surefire way to punch up your ensemble, but more than that, we think the printed shoe is just plain fun.
How to wear them: Draw attention to the print via contrasting solid hues. Or, take your print loyalty to the next level with dual textures. A knitted sweater, mohair top, or tweed overcoat would look great against a printed shoe on bottom.
