I've been eyeing Olivia Palermo's black, suede fringe jacket since Paris Fashion Week [1]. And while that may not seem like a very long time, for me, it feels like an eternity. Because like most girls who are fashion-obsessed [2], when I see something I want, I can't get it out of my head.
