An outfit change was necessary, though, to attend the Vanity Fair afterparty [4]. Clutching her newly won Oscar statue, Brie posed for photos wearing a one-shouldered velvet gown from the label Monse. She and her stylist, Christina Erlich, completed the look with Roger Vivier sandals — and a major grin.
