It makes me....and I think most women...look pregnant. I have a male co-worker who has said he's stopped asking women when they are due because nine times out of ten they aren't pregnant, just wearing a trapeze style.

I love the trapeze style, I have a small top, so I can pull it off really well without looking heavy. Double bonus: this style hides my thick thighs!

I love it, but I think my boobs are a little too big for it. It's such an easy look to wear!

I'm a size zero AND i have boobs but it works for me! I wore one out shopping and got several compliments, even just walking down the street I had a woman stop me just to tell me that I looked fabulous!

Haha I just bought a really cute one from French Connection today, only to go home and discover it looks like crap on my body. I guess that is what I get for not trying it on! Oh well, I guess I'll just be a nice friend and give it to my roommate who is really tall and skinny (lucky girl!)

I LOVE the trapeze dresses, but I don't really want to wear one. I know that I look really pregnant in it! And from the back I feel like I look huge! But they sure are comfortable!!! :)

Looks like her legs are bent.

I'm too skinny, I love the look but everytime I try one on I just feel like it looks like I'm wearing a dress that is way too big for me.

Not for my body type. Plus, I'm pretty sure my mom used to dress me in these as a child, and I hated them!

If I wanted to hear "So, How far along are you, is it a boy or a girl?" then Yes, I would whip out the AmEx card now. But, as I have a chest, do go to the gym, do my sit-ups and am very proud of the body I earned thru sweat, tears and complaints... absolutely NOT. Ew. No. Ick. Never. I'm glad some of you out there are into it, but it's just not for me!

I'd look awful in that!

Me too! I'm wearing a black one today! I think they are so comfy which is always a plus in my book.

I'm wearing a trapeze dress right now. I can tend to look preggers in it, but I just strap on a casual belt and it gives my body this really great shape without loosing any of the comfort. I know that may defeat the purpose of the style, but it gives it a new twist.

Ugh, so tired of it!
