Ciara and Ludacris are cohosting the 2016 Billboard Music Awards [1] on Sunday, and to promote the big show, both taped appearances for Jimmy Kimmel Live in Los Angeles on Thursday — and Ciara, who never fails to look completely stunning, took things to a seriously fashionable level with her outfit choice.

After sharing Instagram videos [2] of her backstage prep with her glam squad, which consists of hairstylist Kiyah Wright and makeup artist Yolonda Frederick, Ciara stepped on stage wearing a gorgeous white David Koma dress that proved it's officially time to trade one's little black dresses [3] for something that feels a great deal more summery. The dress, from David's Fall / Winter 2016 collection, featured an embellished waistline with macrame and stones.
