Come Fab Finding With Me: The Perfect Strapless Bra

PartySugar and I were chatting per usual on our way to the Look Book photo studio when the topic of strapless bras came up (don't ask). We both have yet to find the perfect strapless bra. Have you found one? If so, we need your help!

I'll start you off with this Chantelle Senso Graduated Strapless Bra ($64) because I want to show you what not to look for: super padded bras. They just make you unrealistically busty and you see that line across the top of the bra through your shirt — I hate that.
Let's go Fab Finding! Be sure to come back and tell me when your Fab Finds are up, or just tag your Fab Finds with Fab strapless bra.

Now, you can build outfits by creating a list of clothing items. We have everything you need to build outfits, and you can use your Fab Find bookmarks, too. This is an even better way to put together an entire outfit when you are completing your Fab-Finding missions.

I've given up on strapless bras. They always slide down or end up around your waist. Those things are meant for neither small girls nor big girls. Bustiers seem like a better idea, 'cause something that goes all the way down to the curves of your waist wouldn't have as much of a chance to slide around, probably. There's very limited choice of bustiers in the smaller sizes, though. I've also seen those "chicken cutlets" for those of us who are small (there's no way those things provide proper support to those who are big enough to need support), but I imagine those would give me a rash on those hot summer days when you need strapless underwear the most. I mean, how can your skin possibly breathe in those things? And wouldn't sweat make them come loose and then fall down? There is very little that is more embarrassing then having chicken cutlet things fall off your chest.

I finally found a strapless bra that is fairly decent. My friend told me about a site called Her Room. They have customer reviews for most of their bras. I believe the bra that I like is by Wacoal. I think it is

i wish i could find/wear strapless bras...after several embarrassing disasters at highschool sweet 16s, i realized that my DDs might be better off in a real bra at all times. oh well. if anyone finds a strapless bra that even comes in 34dd i would be so excited :) but i think i will just stick with the tried and true classic bra shape.

I picked these two when I was making Valentine's Day outfits, because I like the way they look. Why is it that so many strapless bras are so ugly? However, they come with a disclaimer - I've never tried either of these on, and in fact, I've never found a strapless bra that I liked. (I've been known to wear two at once - ugh!)

I've had the best luck with wearing a bustier instead of a strapless bra. Yes, it's a lot of excess fabric, but they don't slip, provide enough support, and I don't spend all night tugging, which says a lot when you're a D cup.

Two out of the three are my staple strapless bras, the other one is a more full-figured version of a great strapless bra. The first one I used for aerobics or in the summer under tanks or such. The black on I generally use for nights out and when I am out on the town. I wasn't sure if you wanted an outfit, but I am just posting the bras. Enjoy! They all come from btw.

Oh and that line issue, I hate that! I mean you should be able to wear a sheer top with a strapless bra and it look GOOD!!

Party I agree. Trying to find the perfect strapless bra for me has been impossible. The ones I have either fall down and I'm tugging at it all night or it makes the girls look all weird. I mean is it impossible to find a good strapless bra for a C cup??!!
