As if Victoria's hugely successful womenswear brand and Romeo's Burberry modeling gig [1] weren't enough, the Beckhams are spreading their fashion wings even further next year as David launches his own label [2]. Working with Simon Fuller (who also helped to launch Victoria's fashion career), David has signed a deal with Global Brands, which also distributes for labels like Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Details on exactly what's coming are sketchy — WWD reports that a clothing line is just the start — but we can expect something very exciting.
Though this will be his first foray into ownership of a brand, David is no stranger to the fashion industry. He's worked with brands like Belstaff, H&M, and Emporio Armani, to name but a few, on campaigns and collaborations. No doubt he picked up a few tips along the way, so we can't wait to see what's next for the Beckham brand.
