Asia..you are too funny. I know what you mean about people that will talk about you. LOL I like to dress cute and stylish even if it is at my house. I was actually looking crazy today while I was cooking, and my husband told me to go bathe and put something cute on.

It is about the only time I can actually dress up. Why not take advantage of it?

I dress nicely, but nothing tight or uncomfortable. It's all about the elastic waist of my American Apparel skirt, with a cotton top and vest!

I go all out. I wear my best outfit! I don't really go around my family that much (on my dad's side, he's 1 of 13. and each of them have atleast 3 children. and most of my first cousins are in their 40s, so they have children now). So, you have to look your best when you go around them. or else it's "child, Asia came, and she was lookin' rough. . .I though her daddy has money. She don't have a job??? ummmmm . . .". you get my drift. Plus, I'm the only fashionista on that side of the family. (they all live in Texas, and the girls think if you match your sneakers with your top, then you're stylin'), and i don't even own any sneakers. so i have to show them style, first hand . . . i know it's shallow, but it's the truth!

It's just my immediate family, so we go fairly casual, but on the years my grandparents come, we dress it up a little with sweaters and blazers...

I wish I could say I dressed up, but it's just nice to hang out in comfy clothes playing cards and games with kids. I also only have today off, so its nice not to have to get ready. No makeup and I even told my husband he didn't have to shave. Families love you no matter what you are wearing, and we will all look great again tomorrow when we hit the real world again.
