"Only accdentially" if I take a nap or so, lol. I wouldn't feel comfortable with having my bra on when I sleep, I just sleep with a top on. xoxo Sunkiss

Sometimes by accident but I try not too. Some research has said that it's a bad thing while I read I think once that it's a good thing. Either way it's mostly uncomfortable unless I'm so exhausted that I pass out.

Ouch. I gotta get mine off ASAP. I usually rip it off as soon as I walk through the door, sometimes even in the car ride home, especially now that I'm pregnant. I feel like it gets tighter and tighter by the minute! (Shh, don't tell, but I'm wearing two bra extenders right now!)

I always sleep with a bra, actually, I feel lost without my beloved bras!!!

I'm not sure how it could be uncomfortable to wear a bra to bed. I wear mine all the time, except when my man asks me to remove it. I'm actually more comfortable with it on. Then again, I'm a 34D, so maybe that's why. ninja by day, student by night cynsim.com

anyway: I always thought it was rather peculiar to sleep in a bra, never really thought about sagging in my sleep. So far so good though, so I doubt I will change my braless nights. But what I will do is hold an informal poll with my friends. Now I want to know!

I do.....keeps those bad boys in shape. Seriously everyone said their bras are uncomfortable which I think just means you are in the wrong bra. I could seriously wear my bra all day and then sleep in it and be perfectly fine- and I wear an underwire!

You know, until this, I'd only met one person who sleeps in her bra, but now I realize that many more people do it too. I'll have to call her and apologize for making fun of her. I never sleep in a bra, mostly because that's how my mother had always done it (and therefore, what I assumed was normal.) Regardless, all this saggy/not saggy conversation doesn't matter in my world--I gained, and then lost, 50 lbs in college--which increased my cup size from an A to C, and then back to a small B, so I've already entered Sagsville :( .

Absolutely! I started wearing a bra to bed when I was pregnant, when I went from a B cup to a D cup in 60 seconds and started getting stretch marks on my newly heavy chest. A french friend told me that supporting yourself at night is the best way to help keep your shape. I wear a wireless bra from Bravado (bravadodesigns.com). They sell regular and nursing bras, for those who want to try it out. They're really comfortable and I actually feel funny now on the few occasions I sleep without one. But according to my french girlfriends, always: 1) Take a cool (lukewarm at most) shower. Hot ones make you droop. 2) Use something like Clarins' huile tonique daily to moisturize your boobs in the shower and stay toned. 3) Sleep in a bra!

I've actually read the opposite of what people posted above - that NOT wearing a bra minimizes sagging. That bras only hold you up while you're in them, but if you don't ever allow the muscles and ligaments to develop or build strength, you'll sag more. Funny. :P But, then I've also read that breast density has been linked to breast cancer and other issues, so maybe sagging is better anyhow. :O But, it's shades of gray because *everybody* is going to sag, it's just how much and when. I would rather sleep in a footed onesie than a bra.
