<li>Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have filed suit against the South African boutique Dolce & Banana, saying that the store's name "makes a mockery of the well-known trademark, Dolce & Gabbana." The store's owner has since changed her shop's name to " . . . & Banana," but the Italian fashion house is still trying to get her to pay its legal fees.
