"It's important to love 30 percent of what you're doing. It's not 100 percent. Like, I don't love 100 percent of my job. I don't like managing 300 people, and there are parts of my business that I don't like. But I love 30 percent; the creative aspect is super important. But I think it's important that you love it. If you don't love it then get out. That's my advice."
