When Jane Fonda announced she was auctioning off clothing from her wardrobe, we were definitely part of the eager fan base dying to get a glimpse of those glamorous pieces. The ones that immediately caught our eye? The star's Tiffany & Co. engagement ring and Victorian-inspired wedding dress, both from her marriage to ex-husband Ted Turner. The ring — a mesmerizing opal design set in 18-carat yellow gold and placed between two diamonds — is the perfect option for non-traditional brides, and her gown is anything but ordinary as well. The modest style is a head-turning number, complete with lace sleeves and a high neckline.

While both items are estimated to be sold between $2,000 to $4,000, it's a small price to pay for a piece of Jane's fabulous wardrobe [1], especially considering her fashion icon status. According to Julien's Auctions [2], host of the event, bidding will start on Sept. 23. In addition to the ring and gown, Jane will also be selling some personal artwork and — get this — a vintage leotard from her workout video days.
