@hug98  Sucks you went through that experience. I have some friends who use JewelMint and they love it. I think jewelry sizes can look misleading in general when you're looking at it online. I always make sure to check sizing info, I've accidently purchased earrings bigger than I expected before as well!

@hug98 Thanks for the helpful info. I've been tempted to sign up but have been afraid. I appreciate the insider info. Sorry about your experience.

I wanted to love JewelMint but I was really not impressed with the earrings I purchased, nor the process of the website.  The earrings I bought looked really cute online, but were HUGE. Like half the size of my head huge.  I wanted to return them, but they charge a "restocking" fee and by that point it was really not worth it.  Also, to sign up, they charge you $30 a month to go towards jewelry, but  after fifteen minutes of searching, I could not figure out how to "opt out" of getting charged that month.  Way to complicated a process for a jewelry website in my opinion.
