Judging from these photos, Kate Middleton must be feeling better. Not only did she step out earlier this week in an elegant Alexander McQueen [1] coat dress — her first appearance since announcing her second pregnancy — she was also spotted attending the Photographer of the Year Awards at the Natural History Museum in London later that same day, sporting a Jenny Packham wrap dress and L.K. Bennett's Agata sandals.
