Aside from sharing a snap of her supportive nail art and her bright, patriotic outfits — all of which featured the "I'm With Her" campaign logo — Katy posted a photo of the gift she gave to Hillary, who turns 68 today. Now the presidential candidate can wear [4] a customized gold chain that reads, "POTUS."

"My birthday gift to fellow Scorpio, Hillary, says it all," Katy wrote on Instagram.

Katy performed at the Iowa rally, showing off her strapless sequined dress and American flag cape and head wrap.
