Ksubi High-Waisted Checkerboard Skinny Jeans: Love It or Hate It?

Like Vegemite, these Ksubi High-Waisted Checkerboard Skinny Jeans ($325), might take an acquired taste.

Coveted Australian line, Ksubi, has joined forces with style icon Jeremy Scott in creating the highly anticipated Jeremy Loves Ksubi collection. The checkerboard print is a definite reflection of Jeremy's eccentric and far-out sense of style. These checkerboard jeans are no exception — do you think checkers should stay on the board and not our legs?

They are ugly. that might not bother some people though. If your going for a geeky/unconventional/interesting look.

The basic shape of them might be OK on person with the right body shape, but the checkerboard print would be awful on anybody.

Um, WOW. I can see Gwen Stefani wearing these, that's true. I guess this would help illustrate why I hate Gwen Stefani's "style". lol

Posh would totally look fab in these, just like she did in the yellow jeans.

See, to pull this off, in addition to balancing it out with a less flamboyant top, it REALLLLLYYYY depends on how the wearer holds him/herself. It'd be obvious when someone wears it trying too hard deliberately to set/follow a trend. Said wearer has to have a convey a really unique personality and be the kind of person who'll wear it regardless if it's hot in the streets or not. Confidence is key, but not the conceited kind.

Those are not for everyday, they are only statement jeans and you must have that funky style like, Gwen, Rhianna or Fergie. Otherwise these jeans are hideous.

I instantly thought of Tom Pettys video for dont come around here, the alice in wonderland theme. I also thought that unless you are size 000 these would make any normal woman look horrendous
