Lena Dunham's Instagram [1] is full of selfies, jokes, and plenty of shots of her unique style. So while it was no surprise to see the Girls creator share a new Summer outfit this past weekend, we were surprised to find out exactly where she picked up her cool contrasting top and bottom.
Lena captioned a photo of her look, "been in the same outfit for going on 3 days- Ann Taylor Loft shirt & shorts from a very unexpectedly fruitful trip through their doors . . ." We're not sure how we feel about her extended stint in the heart-print top and gingham bottoms, but it's easy to see why Lena has hesitated to take them off.
The quirky print-mixing combo feels fresh and fun, just like Lena herself. And while Loft isn't a shop we see Lena frequenting, (in case you forgot, Nasty Gal is more her style [2]) we love a woman who always keeps us guessing.
