Meghan Markle's Perfect Teacup Dress Looks a Lot Like Another Duchess's We Know

After touching down in New Zealand, Meghan Markle [1] and Prince Harry attended a reception at Government House, where Meghan spoke at the podium to celebrate the 125th anniversary of women's suffrage in the country. She worked a perfectly elegant teacup midi for the occasion: a bespoke Gabriela Hearst design, which was a take on the label's Herve dress [2]. The midi length and eye-catching cap sleeves instantly conjured images of Kate Middleton's Preen favorite [3], which she also owns in red.
