11 Ridiculously Funny Cartoon Characters the Moschino Collection Reminds Us Of

Sep 25 2015 - 11:37am

If there's one thing you can expect to find on the Moschino runway, it's over-the-top looks that go far beyond quirky. Jeremy Scott's theatrical creations are more like costumes we wouldn't dream of wearing IRL — unless, of course, we were Miley Cyrus [1] or Katy Perry [2].

But that doesn't mean there aren't flashy, traffic-stopping accessories [3] that will become major It items for bloggers and street style stars. In fact, we predict fashion girls will be adding a playful touch to their outfits with the new pieces from the Moschino x Powerpuff Girls collaboration, which just debuted on the catwalk.

But while the appearance of Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup was purposeful, we spotted eight more of our favorite cartoon characters, all brought to life at Moschino this season. Read on to see them all, then let us know if you're on the same wavelength in the comments section.

Papa Smurf From The Smurfs

Big Bird From Sesame Street

The Cheshire Cat From Alice in Wonderland

Felix the Cat

Iago From Aladdin

Marge Simpson From The Simpsons

Pikachu From Pokémon

The Powerpuff Girls

In all actuality, the appearance of The Powerpuff Girls on the Moschino runway was purposeful! Jeremy Scott and Cartoon Network have collaborated on a new line you're about to spot on street style stars everywhere. Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup can be spotted on this swimsuit, along with leggings and knits, and even more pieces that will be unveiled and ready to shop in January 2016.
