On Our Radar: J Brand Goes Green

J Brand, the wildly popular denim line, is the latest to jump on the green wandbagon. The company, headed by denim manufacturer Jeff Rudes and stylist Susie Crippen, is planning on releasing J Brand Green Label, an organic collection of stylish denim. As of Spring '08, you'll be able to get your tush in eco-chic J Brand jeans. In the meantime, Jeff and Susie provide some other ways to be friendly to the environment.

To find out how to be eco-friendly,

  • Choose powdered laundry detergent
  • Use cloth totes instead of plastic or paper bags
  • Use cloth napkins and kitchen towels
  • Install a water-saving shower head

Sounds great! I haven't tried this brand yet, but I'd like to. They look like they have the perfect skinny jeans.
