On self-confidence: "Being self-confident about what you're wearing has a great deal to do with how you carry yourself, and how you carry yourself has a great deal to do with how you're perceived. I remember reading somewhere that if you aren't comfortable in a social situation, the only one who will be able to tell is you — especially if you walk in with your shoulders back, make a friend, say, 'Hi,' to people, and you smile. . . . That's not to say you should put on a mask and don't act how you feel. But I think that acting confident can lead to actually being confident."
