"Here are photos of me pregnant in real life so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a 🦄 sighting will leave me alone," she wrote, leading with snaps of her smiling with sunscreen in hand and snuggling with husband Ryan Reynolds [6]. In the sweet pictures, Lively embraced her baby bump in an adorable cherry-red swimsuit from Follow Suit [7].
