To round out the week in style, Chlöe Bailey [1] played host to Garage Clothing at social wellness club Remedy Place in New York City on Thursday night, officially debuting the brand's B.DY by Garage collection [2] as the face of their campaign. According to a press release by the brand, the collection is "designed to empower women to feel confident and sexy in their skin." And, by the look of not only the collection as a whole but also Bailey's outfit, it's the capsule of our early-aughts dreams.
The "Treat Me" singer wore not one, but two different looks for the evening's events. The first was a zip-front sleeveless thong bodysuit and track pants that she topped with a shiny red puffer jacket. She styled the look with platform heel mules that featured a chunky black sole and bright red heart on the top. Later on, Bailey participated in a six-minute ice bath at the wellness center, slipping into a bright pink one-piece swimsuit that read "Garage" across her chest in silver lettering.
The "Grown-ish" actress shared a few images [3] from the evening's launch on her personal Instagram, writing, "why stress when all you need is a red lip, heels, and some of my collection with @garageclothing," adding, "what a cool night celebrating the launch."
Bailey is well known for her on-stage bodysuits [4], embellished after-hours looks [5], and her affinity for cutout details [6], so her launch with Garage checks all the boxes. Included in the collection are crop tops, bodysuits, and half-zips, all effortlessly styled with the brand's mainline separates. B.DY by Garage ranges in price from $25 to $40 and sizes XS-L.
