J Lo Stuns in a Plunging Gold Halter Gown at Her Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck carried out their second wedding ceremony at Affleck's Georgia home in Riceboro on Saturday, Aug. 20, with the married couple inviting friends and family to stick to their theme of an all-white color palette. Lopez, 53, tapped Ralph Lauren for her three immaculate wedding gowns as well as her gold rehearsal dinner dress which features a plunging, halter neckline and her post-wedding-brunch dress which boasts an allover stripe print and a high side slit.

The ruffled, handkerchief dress she wore down the aisle was a reimagination of a turtleneck column sheath, according to a press release from the brand. Complete with over 1,000 handkerchiefs and 500 meters of fabric, the ruffled cap sleeves and voluminous, ruffle-tiered train were meant to evoke the romantic sensibility of the fashion house. The mermaid-style silhouette came complete with an open back and sheer, 20-foot veil that began at the crown of her head and highlighted her slicked-back updo, all the better to catch a glimpse of her Mikimoto pearl drop earrings.

Lopez then switched into a second gown that was completed by 30 artisans across 700 hours and essentially saw her dripping in pearls and Swarovski crystals, all of which were strung onto micro-pleated silk tulle fabric and finished with the same earrings and a pair of Jimmy Choo Maisel sandals.

Lopez's final Ralph Lauren look also took a mermaid shape and spoke to her brand of sporty glamour with its sheer organza hood and keyhole neckline, adorned with Swarovski crystals around the trim. For this moment, Lopez accessorized with $2 million, 27-carat, one-of-a-kind, pear-shaped drop flower marquise earrings from Samer Halimeh. Over the course of her wedding day, she wore jewelry from Mikimoto as well, including the aforementioned South Sea cultured pearl and diamond drop earrings, a pearl and diamond floral ring, and pearl and diamond studs.

Affleck, 50, wore a classic tuxedo from Ralph Lauren consisting of a cream dinner jacket over a crisp white bib shirt with a boutonnière to match Lopez's intricate, mossy green bouquet. His look was finished with black pleated slacks and patent loafers, accented by a black bow tie.

The rest of the wedding party included Lopez's 14-year-old twins, Max and Emme, and Affleck's kids: Violet, 16; Seraphina, 13; and Samuel, 10. The five children were also spotted wearing all white.

Lopez, who also worked with Ralph Lauren on her memorable look for the 2021 Met Gala, chose Zuhair Murad for her more intimate ceremony in Las Vegas on July 16, later changing into an Alexander McQueen dress at the chapel — a costume she had saved from the 2004 romantic comedy "Jersey Girl," which she starred in alongside Affleck.

With five separate bridal looks under her belt, all selected in collaboration with Lopez's longtime stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, Lopez more than impressed on her special day.
