Kourtney Kardashian Rocks a Black Cutout Cape to Her Hulu Premiere

Kourtney Kardashian ended her whirlwind week with a striking look. Ahead of her family's reality-television reboot, the star attended "The Kardashians" premiere on April 7 in Los Angeles wearing a dramatic Valentino cape dress from the brand's fall/winter 2022 collection. With its floor-length hemline and cascading cape, the dress has a more modest silhouette, which is offset by an underboob cutout above the midriff. Kardashian added an edgy touch with a mixed-metal chainlink necklace.

Kardashian's fiancé Travis Barker was also in attendance with his three children, Atiana De La Hoya, Alabama Barker, and Landon Barker. The appearance comes days after Kardashian and Barker had an impromptu wedding ceremony at a Las Vegas chapel following the Grammys. The wedding wasn't legally binding, however, as they weren't able to obtain a marriage license. "Practice makes perfect," Kardashian joked. For their trial run, Kardashian and Barker wore matching leather jackets, of course, which Kardashian wore over a yellow corset with an embroidered cross.

It's been a month of style moments for the loved-up couple: Kardashian wore an Et Ochs cape jumpsuit to the Grammys, while Barker wore a Givenchy vest and a pink satin coat he occasionally layered over. Not long before, they attended the Oscars in similar all-black outfits — Kardashian wearing a strapless Mugler dress, and Barker wearing a Maison Margiela suit. It certainly seems like Kardashian is sticking to the dark shade for the moment, keeping it in heavy rotation for public events.
