Kylie Jenner walked the 2022 Met Gala red carpet [1] wearing an Off-White design that certainly caught the internet's attention. The glamorous dress comes from the brand's fall 2022 couture collection designed by the late Virgil Abloh [2]. Her opulent gown featured a ruched bodice and ruffled skirt, and she accessorized with a matching flower-adorned trucker hat.
On Twitter, social media users did what they do best and found plenty of comparisons for Jenner's bridal-inspired gown. User @trevorsroyle wrote [3], "idk who told kylie she's getting married at the #MetGala2022 but they're down bad for it." Another compared Kylie's bridal hat to the wedding-dress photo-shoot scene from the iconic Disney movie "The Parent Trap [4]." In the scene, Lindsay Lohan [5]'s character watches her mother, played by Elizabeth James, style her designs with a plethora of bridal-inspired hats.
