>> It seems like Gap might finally be trying to catch up with H&M, Topshop, and even Target -- by collaborating with some choice big-name designers.  Roland Mouret's line, which hits stores December 1, has been well-publicized, but here's something all you Gap-wearers out there haven't heard: you might own something designed by Phoebe Philo. 

Say what?  That's right -- WWD is reporting that Philo has been "quietly consulting for Gap in Europe."  Although it was not confirmed that any of Philo's designs have yet landed in stores, doesn't it make you feel a little fuzzy inside to think that  you might be wearing something touched by the hands of the Phoebe Philo?  It just justifies the fact that you're still shopping at Gap.
