Layered like a cake from a five-star bakery, the handmade skirt features accents in sandy brown, sailor blue, and purple-and-green stitching reminiscent of the Little Mermaid's tail. The hem of Lori's skirt was adorned with pale blue sequins that shimmered so bright, we almost forgot she was surrounded by sharks.
