When Normani arrives on the pink carpet, heads turn instantly. The "Motivation" singer attended the 2022 Billboard Women in Music [1] event on March 2, and to say she made an appearance would be an understatement. Styled by her go-to Kollin Carter [2], Normani rocked a shade of chocolate brown from head to toe, wearing a mirrored mosaic-covered bustier top and a leather skirt with a high slit held together by a ring by Bronx and Banco. She paired the outfit with a Dylan Lex chunky gold chain bracelet and earrings and lace-up python Femme LA heels. Normani's long ponytail and gold eyeshadow tied the whole Greek-goddess look together.
It was an eventful night for the singer, as she presented the Powerhouse Award to Doja Cat [3]. Prior to the ceremony, Doja also adorably crashed Normani's interview on the red carpet. "She has literally dominated the industry and taken over every single inch of it in a matter of two years," Normani said of Doja. "I just really appreciate her work ethic." She even said that they've discussed doing a collaboration together.
Earlier this week, Normani surprised fans with news that she's releasing music on March 18 [4] with her highly anticipated single, "Fair." She teased the new song on Instagram while wearing a Gucci string bikini [5] with an embellished interlocking double-G logo on the thong.
