I Spent a Week Wearing Fruit of the Loom Underwear

Isn't it nice when a product's name is a precise encapsulation of what it delivers? The Beyondsoft Boy Shorts feel lightweight and, well, beyond soft. I put on these boy shorts before spending most of the day traveling out of town to visit my family upstate. Of course, traveling all day means there's a ton of hurry-up-and-wait. I hustled briskly to get to the subway that took me to the bus station, where I raced to reach my bus just in the nick of time. Once there, however, I settled in for a very long trip during which I barely moved, besides occasionally wriggling within the confines of my seat. Through it all — the rushing around and then sitting motionless for hours on end — the boy shorts stayed in place, offered ample bum coverage, and allowed me to travel with ease. Once I finally made it to my family's house, I collapsed tiredly on the couch for some final lounging around in my ultrasoft boy shorts.

Visiting the beautiful countryside upstate, I spent the day indulging in warm-weather pastimes (ambling through the woods, climbing trees, wading in rivers) that made me nostalgic for my childhood Summers. As one of my last days off before starting a new job, I wanted to get in a workout and do some chores upon returning home from my trip, in anticipation of the stressful week ahead. I used to think that in order to wear sexy underwear, I had to wrangle myself into some torturous thong-like thing that bunches and pulls in all the wrong places. Not true! Thus, I'm declaring that these are the unicorns of undergarments: both practical and provocative. I waltzed around my new office with cool confidence. If it weren't so unhygienic, I'd live in these panties for the next week. Good thing I got a pack of six!
