Gigi Hadid's interview for March's Elle issue is enlightening, to say the least. She talks about her early days of modeling, being open with her family life, and her march against Trump's travel ban, plus her unique sense of style and how it differs from her sister Bella's when it comes to the jobs they take.
As we scrolled through the gorgeous feature, shot by Chris Colls, we were equally inspired by Gigi's bold looks on the beach, and how she seamlessly switches from a silver Balmain harness and jeans to swimsuits: namely, this bohemian two-piece from Michael Kors Collection.
Some fashion whizzes might remember the set being debuted on the Spring 2019 runway underneath a matching blazer. Personally, I'm swooning over the delicate little details like the floral appliqué and the doily-like trim around the bandeau and shorts. While this is the sort of bikini you might not actually wear into the water, Gigi successfully encouraged me to channel my feminine side and shop for a ladylike swimsuit STAT.
