Sure, Simone Biles's ever-growing collection of gold medals is shiny, but you know what's shinier? Her new engagement ring from Jonathan Owens. The Olympic gymnast got engaged to the Houston Texans football player on Valentine's Day and showed off her new ring on Instagram the following morning.

The ring features a massive oval-shaped diamond set on a white-gold pavé band encrusted with dozens of smaller diamonds. It also appears to have a hidden halo to amp up the sparkle even more. The enormous rock just might rival her 88-pound Met Gala dress in weight. (OK, obviously kidding here, but we felt like reminding you that she casually rocked a 88-pound dress to the Met Gala, so thanks for indulging us.) Owens visited Houston-based custom jeweler ZoFrost & Co. to design his wife-to-be's ring, and he deserves a perfect 10 — nay, a perfect 15 — for his efforts. "You went crazy on this one bro really made the night special," he wrote while giving the jeweler a shoutout on Instagram. Jenny Luker, president of Platinum Guild International USA, estimates the center diamond is seven to nine carats and the ring costs about $325,000 — whew!

When Owens got down on one knee and popped the question to Biles, she was wearing a black leather dress with side ruching and matching Saint Laurent pumps, while he wore a gray suit, black turtleneck, and leather sneakers. Read ahead to swoon over photos of Biles's engagement ring, and check out this video from the jeweler to see just how gorgeous it is from every angle.
