Cher Horowitz's Dream Closet Comes to Life With This New Amazon Launch
Everyone who's seen the cult classic Clueless remembers Cher Horowitz's iconic closet. You know, the one that had all her clothes chronicled and told her whether an outfit matched or not, aka the dream closet? Well hold onto your seats, because the dream just became a reality. After months of remaining on an invitation-only trial, Amazon's Echo Look ($200) is now available to the public, and we couldn't be more excited.
Here's how it works: Echo Look has a built-in, hands-free camera and LED lighting, so you can snap pictures and short videos of your outfits and ensure you can really see your clothes from every angle. All you need to do is ask Alexa to take a picture of you. She can also read the news, check the weather, or play music while you get dressed.
How many times have you been running late for work and thought to yourself, what am I going to wear?! Once you've collected enough photos, you can start to make collections in the Alexa app. So just open your phone, look at your work collection, and you'll have lots of pictures of possible outfits you know look good!
We've saved our favorite feature for last. Style Check allows you to submit two outfit options, and a combination of expert stylist advice and algorithmic data will choose which outfit works best. No more wondering what shoes you should wear with your new dress, or if this top goes with that skirt. Echo Look's got you covered. We told you, the dream closet! We are so beyond excited to try out the newest Amazon Echo product, and live our lives in our best looks ever!
