I actually have this. (I got it way cheaper than $29 so do your research first!) I agree with Krisua, you get out what you put in. This is a great beginner DVD to help women realize they won't 'bulk' from simple weight training. They will see results fast as with most strength training however they will be guided with great instruction and importance placed on form. Although I am advanced, I refer to this DVD for the spontaneity to keep those muscles guessing as well as try new methods. There are 125 variations and I can’t remember them all ;) You can pick the difficulty level, you can pick which area you want to focus on the most (or all) and you can pick how much time you want to put into it. If you are more advanced then bump up the weight and push yourself for a minute straight. If by the end you aren’t feeling it (LITERALLY!) then you need more weight and repeat!
