I love this workout, but due to an old injury, I can't jump. Will results be similar if I substitute more in-and-outs for hopscotch?

I booted up the Xbox today, told my boyfriend NOT to touch the controller and used the YouTube app for this bad boy - amazing. I am a complete beginner, and very overweight/out-of-shape with bad shins/ankles, and apart from a little bit of ankle pain I loved this video! Please, please, please post as many beginner friendly ones as you can!

Whooo hoo! A new 10 minute workout. Can't wait to try this one out. I recently got your FITFIX app and noticed that there are several of the 10 minute workouts not included (ie Anna's workout with no equipment necessary, the Teddy Bass workouts and others). I hope you will include those in the app. I would almost rather follow along with the app than follow along using the links on the 'net since you have to watch a commercial first. But thanks so much for these 10 minute workouts. They are the best!!
