OMG! This is my new favorite workout! It is hard enough to make you sore, but easy enough that you can do it over and over! Plus I love the squat combo!

I was sweating and feeling the burn.  Ran to look at my bikini image after 10 minutes...........still would not want to be seen in a two piece.  Come on!  It's going to take more than 10 minutes.  Don't be fooled.
