  2. Lift weights for 33 minutes: Burns 102 calories
  3. Pop in a cardio DVD for 24 minutes: Burns 103 calories
  4. Paint a room in your home for 33 minutes: Burns 102 calories
  5. Turn up the tunes and dance for 21 minutes: Burns 104 calories

We're installing all the chimney parts for our new wood stove and it involves a lot of running up and down the stairs to align all the parts. I think it's probably the most exercise my husband's gotten in the last year, lol.

i think that it's great to realize that there are a LOT of things that you can do at home when you're not in the mood to workout outside. for myself - i really do find that cleaning and things like that are a good start but there's soo much more you can do if you're creative.
