This 15-Minute "Core-dio" HIIT Workout Burns Calories and Strengthens Your Abs All at Once

If you love high-intensity, interval-style workouts, follow along to this 15-minute workout from NASM-certified personal trainers Julius White and LaToya Johnson, who run One Body LA. This is a cardio and ab workout that they named "core-dio," and just because it's quick doesn't mean you won't get your heart rate up, burn calories, and feel your abs shaking! This workout includes five different bodyweight exercises broken up into two groups of five. You'll do each move for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest. This fast-paced workout definitely requires having a towel and water nearby. Do this workout alone or pair it with another cardio or HIIT workout.
