Need a little inspiration to stick to your weight-loss goals? Jessica began her journey at 320 pounds, and in just one year, her determination and commitment to herself helped her drop 160 pounds! These photos are so amazing and proof that portion control and exercise really do work.

Jessica's advice is to "Start now. Start where you are. Start with fear. Start with pain. Start with doubt. Start with hands shaking. Start with voice trembling but start. Start and don't stop. Start where you are, with what you have. Just... start." Don't wait until you feel ready or for after a certain holiday or date or for your doctor to tell you or for you to hit rock bottom. There's no time like the present to take control of your life and start seeing positive changes toward a more healthy and happy you.

Jessica also wants to remind us that any weight loss is something to be celebrated, so even if you only lose one pound, that's one pound closer to your goal. She shared, "it is very frustrating knowing how hard you work with that number barely moving but that doesn't mean I'm going to give up everything and just go back to old ways." Don't allow small things to stop you or get in the way of staying on your journey. Jessica urges you to "push through it no matter how hard it is because soon you'll be where you want to be!"
