YouTuber and NASM-certified personal trainer Sydney Cummings [1] has our tight muscles feeling relieved with her 20-minute resistance-band [2] stretch routine. Sydney targets a multitude of muscle groups — from head to hamstrings — to help us stretch and increase mobility. While she's using a resistance band in her video, she mentions that you can use a T-shirt for the session. Personally, I was able to find a great stretch using a yoga strap [3].
