I adore all of the foods mentioned, I always feel renewed and energized after having fresh produce. From the list, I tend to eat cooked spinach on a regular basis. It tastes delicious on its own or in a grilled organic cheese and tomato sandwich with a side of either romaine & chickpea salad or a broccoli/cauliflower mix. And I :love: fresh blueberries and raspberries with warm oatmeal. Yum!

I love all berries! I hate tomatoes, and I'm not crazy about cantaloupe.

I eat all of these foods almost every day, though pepper and tomatoes not as much. They irritate my GERD.
