A Bodyweight Ab Workout From Simone De La Rue You Can Do Anywhere

If you're looking to shape up your core and tone your abs, we've got just the workout for you. Simone De La Rue, celebrity trainer who's known for her chiseled abs, recently posted a bodyweight ab workout that you can do anywhere — gym, living room, even on the sidewalk. "It still amazes me that you can get such a great workout by using your own body weight," she wrote. Simone recommends doing 32 reps of the first exercise, which is a Downward Facing Dog into an ankle tap, 16 reps of plank into a spider lunge, and 32 reps of knee tucks to extension.
