The poses are beautiful to look at! No upper body strength here sadly. I've got funny shoulders and doing downward dog with triceps rolling in KILLS me. I asked my teacher how I could work on that, and he said just to practice downward dog until I get it. I'm so keeping these poses as my goal!

Wow. I can do #7 and maaaaybe #4. The thing I wonder is how you work up to these. I feel like the beginner workouts that just include basic sequences in no way prepare you for these more advanced moves. How do you make the leap?
