Almond Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Notes

If you use frozen fruit, you can skip the ice cubes. Also, this smoothie is vegan, but feel free to substitute regular yogurt.

Ingredients

  1. 4 large strawberries
    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup blueberries
    3 ounces soy yogurt
    1 cup unsweetened soy milk
    12 raw almonds
    3 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately.
