I meant to write "good morning trolls!" I hope you find some joy in your lives today in a human interaction and not just in writing unkind things to a stranger you've never met who triggers something in you that makes you feel powerless and alone. This is how I look. I feel happy. I think I look strong and healthy and also like miss trunchbull from Matilda. Kisses! [1]
Amy Schumer is back with another empowering message [2] to internet trolls and body shamers alike, proving yet again that it's her world and we're just (happily) living in it.
Schumer was recently photographed on the beach while enjoying a vacation with her boyfriend [3] in Hawaii. For whatever senseless reason, certain tabloids and people on social media made some negative comments about her appearance in a bathing suit — which she then addressed in the most glorious way possible.

In an Instagram caption [5], Schumer wrote, "I hope you find some joy in your lives today in a human interaction and not just in writing unkind things to a stranger you've never met who triggers something in you that makes you feel powerless and alone." Adding, "This is how I look. I feel happy."
While it's evident that Schumer isn't one to let these types of negative comments affect her already-amazing disposition [6], she's also made it clear that she's not just going to let them slide.
