the time spent answering questions on MUSCLES can be well spent building some MUSCLES...just a humble opinion =)

5/5 (ok 4/5 but I second guessed what I really wanted to answer)...with knowledge like that, you'd think I should be in great shape!

5/5 Lat pull downs can go either way...proper form of course is important on anything...I prefer doing them behind my head, seems more effective...

WooHoo, 5/5! I thought the picture of the girl doing the triceps kickbacks was a little confusing..the angle was a little weird and it was hard to see exactly what she was doing. I've slways been told that you can do lat pulldowns either way, but you target the muscle a little differently depending on which style you do. As long as you have good form, you should be able to stay injury-free.

5/5...those were easy...might want to get a new picture for lat pull downs. Pulling the bar behind your head can do some serious damage to your neck/spine.

Yes ladies! You are right. You should pull the bar in front of you for lat pulls! Thanks for adding about correct form.

This was a good quiz. Much less subjective than other recent ones, and good practical knowledge.

Yay 5/5.. I know my muscles! Good quiz. I do lat pull downs behind my head, but I less the weight from my regular chest-targeted pulldowns (can't think of the name!). I also do them seated, so that I'm in the correct position for the entire exercise. Even with the lower weight, if you use the right muscles to pull that bar down, it's a great exercise.
