Get Fit For 2010: Your Time to Shine

We're up to week 11 of the Get Fit For 2010 giveaway, and this week's challenge is to share a standout moment from the past two months. You can also use this time to complete any challenge you may have missed from sharing your healthy goals for 2010 to reviewing your favorite fitness DVD, or telling us what your favorite workout is. Here's an example of week 10's challenge to share a healthy snack from FitSugar reader hoganshero that's sure to help you through an afternoon slump.

Challenge #10 (March 15-March 21) Share a healthy snack in this group. Write it up in a blog post, include a photo, and tell us all about your healthy go-to snack.

ANTS ON A LOG! It's tasty . . . easy . . . and lets your inner child peek out during the day. I also will bring cheese or use different spreads other than peanut butter to mix it up a bit. For a salty alternative, guacamole and a tiny tomato are really good with the celery too.


It's OK . . . play with your food!

I read about Jillian Michaels new 20-minute, 30-day workout video at The Beauty Girl website. It's supposed to really kick you into gear and not just claim to. I look forward to trying it.
